Half of UK offices planning spooktacular celebrations this Halloween

New research from Monster.co.uk has revealed that nearly half of UK offices (46%) will celebrate Halloween this year with one in five employees (20%) turning up in fancy dress. Its growing popularity means roughly 6.2 million Brits are expected to turn up for work dressed as traditional Halloween ghosts, vampires or witches this coming Monday.

Andy Sumner, Managing Director for Monster UK & Ireland, commented; “Halloween is fast becoming one of the most popular events in the UK calendar and it’s great to see employers get into the spirit with hair-raising games and ghoulishly delightful treats! Celebrating Halloween can positively contribute to team morale and is a something all employees can get their teeth stuck into and enjoy.”
